Joe Williams
Sales Representative
Joe brings a passion and commitment to providing top quality service & advice to each client he works with. He enjoys the challenges of guiding a listing to a successful sale, and the excitement of house hunting. Getting to know clients — and helping them reach their goals motivates and drives Joe on a daily basis.
Joe currently lives in Kerr Village in Oakville and prior to that, he spent about 10 years in the West End of Toronto. Joe grew up in Oakville, and attended Oakville Trafalgar High School, later going on to the University of Guelph to study English and Business.
Following University, Joe spent a number of years in the financial services industry, working in wealth management and mortgage financing. Joe ultimately followed his passions, and joined Doug in real estate — carrying on a family tradition that stretches 3 generations.
Outside of real estate Joe enjoys the outdoors — running, outdoor hockey, walking his dog, hosting friends & family, and sketching the odd house.

Doug Williams
Broker
Doug came into real estate after graduating from the University of Western Ontario in 1973. His father had been a real estate broker dating back to the 1950's in Toronto, so he was following a family tradition. Now a third generation of Williams have joined the profession — Doug's son Ben, who works in commercial real estate, and his son Joe who works together with Doug.
Doug has spent time in real estate sales management with Royal Trust and Royal LePage. As well, he was an owner of a number of Re/Max offices in the area. Additionally, Doug spent time in commercial real estate as a partner in an international real estate brokerage. Now Doug is delighted to have spent the last couple decades selling homes in the area and enjoys working with Joe.
Doug grew up in Toronto, but has resided in Oakville for the past 30+ years. He enjoys walking, golfing, volunteer work, and travel.

Randal Edwards
Sales Representative
Randal approaches real estate with a calm, genuine demeanour, with a goal of helping clients feel comfortable and confident from the very first conversation. With a background in hospitality, he brings the same service-first mindset to every interaction—prioritizing thoughtful communication, careful listening, and anticipating needs so each step of the buying or selling journey feels well supported.
Behind the scenes, Randal is committed to the work that creates great outcomes: thorough preparation, steady advocacy, and consistent follow-through. His focus is less about transactions and more about helping people navigate meaningful life decisions with clarity and trust.
When he’s not working, Randal loves getting outside with his family. With two young kids keeping him on his toes, every day is an adventure—an experience that further shapes his appreciation for home, community, and the importance of thoughtful guidance during life’s transitions.

Known for building lasting relationships and providing thoughtful guidance, Tessa helps clients make smart, confident decisions — whether they're leasing, buying their first home, investing in property, or selling to start a new chapter.
A natural people person, Tessa believes real estate is as much about connection as it is about contracts. Clients appreciate her honesty, communication style, and commitment to delivering a seamless and personalized experience.
When she's not assisting clients with their real estate needs, Tessa keeps active by running and enjoys giving back to her community through volunteer work, including time spent at a local animal shelter helping with everything from vet visits to walking the dogs.

Debbie Cooper

Debbie Cooper, a Sales Representative with the Joe, Doug & Randal Real Estate team at Royal LePage, is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of dedicated experience serving clients throughout Oakville, Burlington, and the surrounding communities. After marrying into a family deeply rooted in the industry, Debbie developed an early appreciation for real estate, building a foundation that she has spent over a decade honing with her own professional expertise.
What sets Debbie apart is her blend of industry insight and hands-on personal experience. As a mother of two and an Oakville resident of over 30 years, she understands firsthand the importance of putting down roots in a community that offers the right environment for a family to thrive.
